Peter Povlsen has been in the kitchen, and this time created a delicious cocktail that combines gin from Radius lab with supposed Botanicals. With herbal mead from Mjodgard, the taste of spicy herbs to the composition is highlighted and compliments the gin.

The recipe comes here:
30 ml gin
30 ml of herbal mead
20 ml Campari
10 ml Aperol
Stir all ingredients together with ice to achieve the perfect mixture. Pour it in a chilled glass with a lump of ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a Gin Hass. Cheers!
A nice tip: Use either Campari or Aperol for the last 1/3 of the cocktail to achieve a less bitter result. You can also use Champagne lollipop if you want extra sweetness for your drink. Mojito or Spicy Cosmopolitan, if it needs a more fresh sweetness.
