En Lolligroni efter en lang arbejdsuge er lige hvad de fleste af os har brug for. Derfor siger vi også ja tak til slikkepinde i cocktails. Specielt når det er slikkepinde designet specielt til cocktails, som dem fra Jolly-Fox. Som med enhver anden garnish, er det vigtigt at vælge en slikkepind, der komplimenterer cocktailen.

A negroni made on a bittersweet aperitif, coffee infused Campari, bittersweet citrus syrup, orange bitter, gentle gin and a Choc N Orange Cocktail Lollipop and Jesus how it complimented the drink!

I could hardly help but dip the lollipop in the cocktail all the time, so I almost used it as a straw. This new way of sipping a drink appeals a lot to me. Today I sip my Lolligroni.

The recipe comes here:

4,5 cl Gin

2,5 cl Punt a Mes

1 cl Coffee infused Campari

1 cl Tonic Syrup

2 splashes orange bitter

Stir patiently with a lot of love and ice..and then a little more ice.

Garnish with a Choc N Orange Cocktail Lollipop and a slice of dehydrated orange – Enjoy!
